   The construction company Kouvaros Bros. & Associates was established in 1995 having as its purpose and aim the creation and construction of luxurious original residences. Having in the past a 30-year-old experience in the construction of civil works all over Greece,  the company turned its interest to the construction and the marketing of either the main or the country residence as well.

   Our companyʼs philosophy is based on the following:

     • High aesthetics and effective functioning of the residence.

     • Respecting the environment and being ecologically sensitive towards the architectural tradition of the region.

     • Complete and full implementation of the suggested E.C. anti-seismic protection regulations.

     • The honest commercial relationship between the customer and the company as well as his participation in all the stages of the construction.

   The Kouvaros Bros. & Associates has in a permanent basis additional personnel of architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, designers, foremen, as well as employees for management support.

   According to the special needs of specific projects the company teams up with other offices specializing in certain needed fields.
